My favorite adventures took me down the face of a slippery cliff off the Na Pali Coast in Kauai and into a secret cave with 20 sleeping sea turtles, dangled my feet from the edge of the Waimea Canyon, and kayaked into the bio luminescence in Grand Cayman.
